1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (password hash or OAuth provider ID). When you use our error tracking service, we collect error events, stack traces, and related metadata sent by your applications via our SDK.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve Bugsly's error tracking services, authenticate your identity, send alert notifications you've configured, and communicate important service updates.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Error event data is retained according to your plan's retention period (7 days for Free, 90 days for Team, 1 year for Business). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication (GitHub, Google OAuth), email delivery, payment processing (LemonSqueezy), and AI-powered error analysis (OpenAI). These services have their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services as necessary to provide our services, or when required by law.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings. To request complete data deletion, contact us at hello@bugsly.dev.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication (JWT tokens). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
8. Contact
