By accessing or using Bugsly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bugsly is an AI-powered error tracking platform that helps developers catch, understand, and fix software errors. The Service includes error monitoring, performance tracking, session replay, cron monitoring, uptime monitoring, and AI-powered error analysis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Usage Limits
Each plan has event limits, retention periods, and feature restrictions as described on our pricing page. Events exceeding your plan's monthly limit may be rejected. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you send to Bugsly. We process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send data to our Service, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, violate any laws, or interfere with the Service's operation. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bugsly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
